In the full swing of school schedules, after school practice pick ups and homework we are in need of some simple recipes that pack a big flavor punch around here! These should do the trick on pleasing everyone too! I think we will be using this week’s recipes repeatedly around here and making enough extra to have for lunches for some of us as well! Be sure to grab this week’s grocery list here too, (remember you can edit it based on the quantities and items you may already have in your pantry at home) it has all of this week’s ingredients on it already for you!
These cheesy chicken quinoa burgers had me jumping up and down! They make a quick pan fried ‘burger’ that can be added to a bun or on top of a salad. They also make a great lunch the next day!
Yummiest chicken breast ever! If you are looking for a go to pan friend chicken breast that your family won’t groan ‘chicken agaaaain?’ when you serve it – this is the one! This does call for a few spices that may be hard to find, so we recommend subbing either some curry or cumin for the fresh tumeric and fresh lemon juice ( juice from half a lemon) for the sumac.
This amazing crispy baked cod sandwich is the perfect end to a crazy day. The sauce is AAHHHHMAZZZING! Don’t skip the sauce!!! 😉
Add a twist to the usual grilled cheese sandwich with these bacon grilled cheese sandwiches. I announced grilled cheese for dinner once in a pinch and wow – I thought they misheard me and thought I said we were going to Disney!
Drumsticks are one of our family’s favorites! These have a sweet and spicy sauce that is irresistible! Bonus they are super budget friendly and full of flavor – wait until you taste these….mouth watering!
