Salsa Verde

Ingredients
  • 8 cups green tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ - ½ cup of fresh cilantro (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ - 1 jalapeno (depending on the heat you want, start small and add to it to get desired heat level.
Instructions
  1. Wash tomatoes and place in food processor or blender. Add all other ingredients and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy with your favorite corn chips and in all your favorite Mexican dishes!
