FizlDizl was created in 2015 and launched on January 1, 2016 as a way for us to partner with communities and those who live in them. Through sharing our stories of struggle and triumph in parenting, marriage, faith and community we hope to meet you at a very real place, we call life. If you love food, fashion, God, kids and community, then come right in and stay awhile! We dig deep into parenting and marriage, laugh at our flubs and inspire you to create healthy meals from your kitchen to be shared with your family. We are on this Exude Gratitude mission and we hope you will join us. Our focus is growing strong communities that unit us all, starting right inside our home. We have been blessed to be able to collaborate for several on-line blogging sites and expand our reach beyond our local community. We are excited to see how God uses us to continue to bless those around us. FizlDizl was started out of a ‘let’s get real’ and ‘bring back the joy in life’ conversation that led us to realizing our true pure joy is found in giving back to others. We love to give to others through our gifts God has given us as well as sharing our ever growing faith and earnest need to bridge the gap in communities, locally and globally. We took the domain name we had for years that remained blank and started typing on it!
We are a suburban couple, married for 18 years with four children, we live in Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley. We believe in Jesus, hard work and giving back. We believe we have been blessed with more than we deserve. Bill (Fizl) has his GED, some college credits and has been a Certified Microsoft Systems Engineer, he is currently the Vice President of a security firm in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Jaime (Dizl) has her associates degree in Specialized Technologies in the field of Interior Design, she has been at home with the kids for almost 17 years. She has had a successful career in the direct sales industry for 8 years while having the opportunity to continue to be home with the kids. Deemed an ‘unlikely’ couple by most we feel as though our path is a direct result of God’s Sovereign hand in our lives. With completely different backgrounds and childhoods, we mesh together as two fumbling parents trying to figure out how to guide four very different kids in today’s world. Through expanding our faith and digging deep into God’s calling on our lives, comes FizlDizl. We are so glad you’ve found us!
