This year is going to be amazing, I can feel it – like really feel it, you know what I mean? And hey, I am not on some kind of new year high either. I just feel this year is going to be one of health, focus and intentional living. And these meal plans are part of it. I was getting in such a rut, how about you? Being a food blogger I can sometimes get worn out from the cooking process as it is super lengthy when you have to take a picture each step of the way. Don’t get me wrong I love it! I was just finding myself making the same old for my family outside of new recipes I was making for the blog. So this intentional meal planning is again as much for me as it is for you. I hope you enjoy this week’s menu and it inspires some kitchen time and of course time around the table with those you love!

Waking up Hungry
Overnight Hash Brown and Egg Bake
There is nothing like a hot breakfast, but really who wants to make it from scratch every morning. And how impressed would the gang be if you presented this to them before school/work…I mean really. For the recipe click HERE.
Leave room for dessert!
Sometimes you just need a little something sweet without all the baking. This will satisfy your sweet tooth and it’s super fun and kiddo friendly too (not like they ever have an issue eating dessert) For the recipe click HERE.
