Meal Plan 04

01/22/2017

This week is quite a combination of comfort food and light and healthy.  Selected with your busy schedule in mind, and family budget.  So grab your Grocery and Meal Planning sheet and start your list before you head for the store.  You don’t want to miss these yummy meals to gather your family around the table for this week.

What’s for Dinner?

Skip the takeout and save some money but don’t skip any of the flavor.  This Panda Style Orange Chicken is sure to do the trick, and hey maybe the kids won’t even notice it isn’t take out 😉  For this recipe click HERE.

Keep up your healthy eating this year with this awesome chopped kale salad.  Love the colors of this dish and think it would make an awesome dinner with some grilled shimp, chicken, fish or steak on top, don’t you?  For this salad recipe click HERE.

Hunker down with this sweet and spicy chili on any busy weeknight.  Can make ahead and toss in crock pot to keep warm until everyone is ready to gather around the table.  Click HERE for this recipe.

How about some slow cooker shredded chicken tacos to switch things up a bit?  We love tacos and this simple crock pot version is perfect for those busy on the run nights.  For this recipe click HERE.

What says comfort like pasta?  Not too much…and a dish like this will surely bring everyone to the table without a complaint.  Bonus it’s a 15 minute cook time meal!  For this pasta carbonara recipe click HERE.

Lunch Time!

For lots of fun, healthy, tasty lunch ideas follow our lunch board over on Pinterst!  To see what’s there click HERE!

Good Morning!

We absolutely love quick breads.  For that reason they are quick to make and quick to grab on your way out the door in the morning.  This banana walnut bread would be delicious with cream cheese or some butter and honey!  Click HERE for the recipe!

Something Sweet

Because sometimes you just need something sweet.  This seems to be sweet and healthy – BONUS!  For the recipe for these molasses trail mix cookies click HERE.

We wish you a week of health and peace.  Be sure to share this post with your friends and family.  And don’t forget to grab your FREE Meal & Grocery Planner Sheet to keep you well organized.
